SUSTAINABLE / “GREEN”
Supplying you with a top quality product and achieving great results aren’t my only aims. I also pay a lot of attention to staying green.
To know that producing my product won’t harm the Earth
is something very important to me.
For instance, one of the superior ingredients I use comes from a manufacturer who used EcoCert approved ethanol for the extraction of oceanic marine algae. Because of the risk of pollution in the seas, the producer grows the micro-algae in an eco facility in Italy. This not only guarantees the purity of the algae but also means that the eco-balance of the oceans are not disturbed by uncontrolled harvesting. The algae give off gases that are harvested to heat the facility and it is powered by solar panels to give a low carbon footprint.
I love the careful thinking this manufacturer has put into the development of this fabulous material without costing the earth – literally.
NO BOX, NO WASTE
We live in a world, where almost every product is over packaged. Toiletries come in paper boxes with cellophane wrapping. This fake luxury helps to sell the product. But how many of us actually keep these boxes? I would like to avoid this unnecessary waste by not putting the products in individual boxes, minimising waste.
EARTH FRIENDLY, SAFE MATERIALS
Every material I use is environmentally friendly.
Glass bottles and pipettes are not only attractive but also the most effective way of storage. Glass has an almost zero rate of chemical interaction, ensuring that the products inside glass keep their strength and aroma. Also by using a pipette reduces the risk of contamination and quality loss.
