30-days cancellation policy
Some people expectation is different to what I can offer. If you are one of them I would like to say thank you for putting your trust in me and apologize for not matching your needs.
In this case, please return your purchase back to me for a refund or exchange. Please complete the RETURNS FORM, and include this in your parcel. Take this to your local post office and make sure you have a proof of delivery or tracking number just in case the parcel gets lost. Unfortunately, I can’t offer a free return postage but soon as I received your parcel, I will replace it refund it within 5-10 working days. Please note I can only exchange products of exactly the same value.
If you require an exchange for items of different values, please select a refund on the returns form and place a new order online.
Credit card charges and delivery charges are not refunded.
